Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bullying

Three-Strike System

To address incidents of unacceptable behaviour, we have implemented a three-strike system:

  1. First Strike: Upon the first instance of unacceptable behaviour, the client will receive a formal written warning. This warning will detail the behaviour observed, explain why it is unacceptable, and emphasise the need for immediate improvement.
  2. Second Strike: If a second instance of unacceptable behaviour occurs, the client will receive a second formal warning. This warning will reiterate our policy, highlight the potential consequences of continued misconduct, and again call for immediate corrective action.
  3. Final Strike: A third instance of unacceptable behaviour will result in the termination of our professional relationship with the client. Tech Wise Support Limited reserves the right to cease all business dealings and services with the client, effective immediately.

 

Procedure for Reporting and Addressing Incidents

  • Employees who experience or witness unacceptable behaviour from a client are encouraged to report the incident to their supervisor or the designated HR representative.
  • All reports will be taken seriously and promptly investigated. Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible.
  • Based on the investigation’s findings, the management team will determine the appropriate course of action, following the three-strike system outlined above.

 

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation

Tech Wise Support Limited assures all employees that reports of unacceptable behaviour will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against employees who report incidents or participate in the investigation of such reports.
