Scope

This policy applies to all our clients, including potential, current, and past clients, across all interactions and communications with Tech Wise Support Limited’s employees, contractors, and representatives.

 

Definition of Unacceptable Behaviour:

Unacceptable behaviour includes but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, bullying, use of derogatory language, and any form of discrimination. Such behaviour undermines the principles of respect and professionalism we uphold.

 

Three-Strike System:

  • To address incidents of unacceptable behaviour, we implement a three-strike system:
    First Strike: Upon the first instance of unacceptable behaviour, the client will receive a formal warning. This warning will outline the behaviour observed, why it is unacceptable, and the need for immediate improvement.
  • Second Strike: If a second instance of unacceptable behaviour occurs, the client will receive a second formal warning. This warning will reiterate our policy, the potential consequences of continued behaviour, and again, call for immediate improvement.
  • Final Strike: A third instance of unacceptable behaviour will result in the termination of our professional relationship with the client. Tech Wise Support Limited reserves the right to cease all business dealings and services with the client effective immediately.

 

Procedure for Reporting and Addressing Incidents:

  • Employees who experience or witness unacceptable behaviour from a client are encouraged to report the incident to their supervisor or the designated HR representative.
  • All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly. Confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible.
    The management team will determine the appropriate course of action based on the investigation’s findings, following the three-strike system outlined above.

 

Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation:

  • Tech Wise Support Limited assures all employees that reports of unacceptable behaviour will be treated confidentially and professionally.
  • We strictly prohibit retaliation against any employee who reports incidents or participates in the investigation of such reports.
